Eligible card holders shall be sent an SMS on their registered mobile number and email on their email address informing them of a unique promotion code ( "Code" ) within (fifteen) 15 days of payment of fees of the ( "Card" ). Such eligible card holder/s would need to use this Code on Jet Airways (India) Limited ("Jet Airways") ' website jetairways to book a one-way ticket for Domestic on economy segment ( "Ticket" ). Eligible card holders shall be sent the requisite number of Codes as per the fee plan selected by them on their registered mobile number and email address. It shall be the responsibility of the card holder/s to ensure that the mobile number and email address available with the Bank is in use and is accessed only by the eligible card holder. IndusInd Bank Limited ("Bank") shall not be liable or responsible for any malfunction, inactivity or misuse of the mobile phone or number which results in inability of the eligible card holder to use / view the Code. Economy Class tickets shall belong to select classes (V) of inventory on Jet Airways and Jet Konnect and (R&I) inventory on Jet Airways Codeshare Flights operated on Jet Lite (India) Limited (Jet Lite Flights) . (V) Class Inventory is not available on certain sectors. These sectors are subject to change at the discretion of Jet Airways. Each Code is valid for booking for (six) 6 months from the date of issue on a domestic sector serviced by non-stop direct flights of Jet Airways, Jet Konnect and Jet Airways Codeshare Flights operated on Jet Lite Flights ; save and except on such sectors which are expressed herein to be not covered by the ("Offer") . Bank shall pay only the base fare of the ticket and the eligible card holder shall be liable to pay all other charges including but not limited to all applicable taxes, fees, airlines charges, surcharge, etc. All such charge shall be paid directly by the eligible card holder to Jet Airways at the time of booking by using their respective card. Bookings to be made at least (seven) 7 days prior to the desired date of travel. Tickets shall be subject to availability. Corporate benefits of Jet Privilege benefits shall not accrue on such tickets. The base fare of the Tickets would be non-refundable. In case of cancellations, taxes shall be refunded to the eligible card holders and Jet Airways shall be solely responsible for all such tax refunds to the eligible card holders. Terms and conditions: Mont Blanc Gift Voucher.


Card holder shall be entitled to Mont Blanc gift vouchers as welcome gift as per the fee plan chosen. This gift voucher can be redeemed for products at exclusive Mont Blanc boutiques*. Prices are listed at MRP (Maximum retail price) and include taxes and levies. These vouchers are not valid for redemption on perfumes, writing instrument supplies and eyewear. Only the value of the gift voucher will be borne by IndusInd Bank. Any value exceeding the value of the Gift Voucher is to be paid by me using my IndusInd Bank Credit Card. Within 15 days of payment and settlement of joining fee, card holder will be sent the gift vouchers on registered mailing address. Card holder shall be solely responsible for the security and safekeeping of the gift vouchers. IndusInd Bank and Mont Blanc will not be responsible for any refund of the joining fee or replacement of the lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers. Each voucher shall be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. These vouchers are not redeemable against cash and refunds. Eligible card holder will be issued Mont Blanc Gift Vouchers in denomination of 15000 and 10000 which can be redeemed for any product at exclusive Mont Blanc boutiques*. Such card holders would need to use this gift voucher at Mont Blanc exclusive boutiques* mentioned below.

Each voucher will have the stay validity mentioned on it (which will be 6 months from the date of issue) and will remain valid for that period only. However, the last stay validity date for any voucher will be or before 31st December, 2014. After 31st December, 2014, Oberoi Hotels will noth accept any voucher for a stay at its hotels. Each voucher can be redeemed against specified number of room nights as per the category of the hotel as mentioned below.


These vouchers are valid for double occupancy along with breakfast for two people and are inclusive of taxes. Same grid will also be applicable in case the room is on single occupancy. Any stay exceeding the mentioned number of days as per above grid has to be paid by me using my IndusInd Bank Credit Card. Eligible card holders shall be sent the voucher on their registered mailing address within 15 days of payment and settlement of fees of the card. Do I need to pay when I use the Auto Assist?


You do not need to pay for arrangement, however all expenses including labor charges or any repair charges, need to be paid to the mechanic.


How long does it normally take for the mechanic to come to me in the time of emergency?


The Auto Assist service is on a best efforts basis, and the time would depend on the location of the vehicle. However, normally it would take about 30 to 45 minutes to reach you within city limits and about one to one and half hour to reach you if you are outside city limits.


What number do I call if I want to use the Auto Assist service?


You need to call the Concierge Service on 1860 267 7777 for Auto Assist.


What all cities is the Auto Assist service available?

The Priority Pass Card will be delivered to the Cardholder at the registered mailing address. To get access to a Priority Pass lounge, the Cardholder will need to have the Priority Pass Card. He landed a £23million windfall from dividends paid last year to add to his estimated £450million fortune.

Silchester is known for building long-term stakes in firms, unlike many hedge funds that take short-term positions to gain from falling share prices. Its investments include Morrisons as well as financial firms Icap and Man Group.

Tesco to reward every member of staff with a bonus after returning to profit but shares still sink 5%

Tesco returned to profit after a record loss and is set to reward every member of staff with a bonus next month.


The crisis-hit supermarket giant was back in the black in the 12 months to the end of February, posting pre-tax profit of £162million versus a £6.4billion loss a year earlier.


The recovery means its 300,000 employees – from shop workers to management – will be handed a one-off ‘turnaround bonus’ of around 5 per cent of salary.


Tesco turaround: Britain's biggest retailer has returned to full year profits and unveiled its first quarter of sales growth for three years.


The windfall means a part-time shop worker earning £6,000 will get around £300 and a full-time member of staff on £19,000 will receive £950.


Chief executive Dave Lewis, 51, said staff will receive details of the bonus later this month with a payout in May.


Lewis declined to comment on his own bonus but he is paid a salary of around £1.3million and multi-million bonuses and share awards. Details of his pay will be published next month.

Although its recovery has begun, its profit is still a long way from the levels of just four years ago when it made nearly £4billion in profit.


Lewis said that although ‘more customers are buying more things more often at Tesco’ the profit recovery will not be instant.


He explained: ‘Do we have a plan to improve the profitability of the business year-on-year? Sim nós fazemos. Will it be a straight line from the second half of this year? We don’t see it that way, given the market that we read.’


He said Tesco will need to continue to invest to keep prices low to compete with rivals including discounters Aldi and Lidl which have been stealing market share from the major grocers.

He said: ‘We are clear about where this product is sourced from – the customer definitely gets it.’


Lewis will also be plotting further sales of businesses that were acquired under former management. Its Dobbies Garden Centres chain, coffee shop Harris & Hoole and family restaurant chain Giraffe are all on the block.


It will continue to find new businesses to occupy space in its large ‘Extra’ stores – many of which are bigger than it now needs – and even if it sells some of these businesses it is likely to partner with the new owners.


Its banking arm performed well, helped my mortgages and loans with customer lending up by 10.6 per cent to £8.5billion.
